I had a great experience with Jenkins Ford. It went for 17 months but no problems. They kept me informed and Christian always touched base with me on my trucks progress with Ford. A very unusual experience due to Covid and chip shortages as well as shortages with other vendor that effected Fords ability to produce my Maverick but in the end it was worth it . I bought this Ford Edge at a different dealer in Nov, 2021. Last December I wanted to get routine maintenance but couldn’t get it scheduled, and the “walk-in” process couldn’t accommodate me.
