Jenkins Ford had my truck 4 times since March 2022 to repair the cruise control, which required a “module”. They insisted I needed a new steering wheel. It cost me $1,700.00, I waited 3 months, after the repair the cruise control, which required a “module”. They insisted I needed a new steering wheel. It cost me $1,700.00, I waited 3 months, after the new wheel was installed the cruise control still DID NOT work. Anthony called, to repair the cruise —a “module” was needed at a cost of $600.00. The service manager did not charge for the module or the labor. But after the module was replaced —- the turn signals and the wipers did not function properly!!! I will not recommend Jenkins Ford or any other Jenkins dealerships More
