I've been a person who brings my Ford's into Ford for all my vehicles needs. However when I brought my Escape in for a vapor smell and an oil change. When they quoted me $2,300, and. it would take almost 2 my vehicles needs. However when I brought my Escape in for a vapor smell and an oil change. When they quoted me $2,300, and. it would take almost 2 weeks to get it done. I told Anthony to forget it, and I'll come get my car and don't do the oil change either. Well when I got to the dealership I was expecting to pay for the diagnostic check only. Well,I also got charged for the oil change I told them not to do. I then took the same vehicle to a mechanic in Dunellan for the vapor smell. After all said and done, that mechanic fixed the problem, and charged me a whopping $155.00. No that's an error. It was only $155.00. We own 2 Ford's. I promise Jenkins will not get my business for Sales or service. More

My salesman Ron was awesome. However, I saw this truck with a cover for the bed and carpeting. The truck had no carpeting or cover. Plus, I had to wax the truck because it there wasn't any wax on the truck. Concerning the wax, I understand if your dealership doesn't care about those things. So, overall it was good, however the things I just mentioned didn't make it awesome. Thanks for being interested in my thoughts. More
