Chris Carreras was our dealer and did his best to take care of us. There were some hiccups with their website. The car I thought I was getting was sold after they had agreed to bring car to Crystal River care of us. There were some hiccups with their website. I was about to get refund for deposit & go somewhere else, but I felt Chris was honestly trying his best to do right by me. Chris did his best to find me one as close to it as possible & keep it within the payments I wanted. There was an minor issue with the taillight but Jenkins is replacing it with no cost to me. Overall I feel I got a good deal & the whole process went pretty smooth once few details were hammered out. When we are ready to trade in our F150 this will be 1st place on our list.
