Great experience at Jenkins Ford. I usually find myself a bit 'defensive' at dealerships, but Andi our sales rep was very straightforward with us and helpful. In fact, I want to say everyone we worked with was helpful, even when we were trying to haggle them down a little on the price. I love the car we bought, and plan on returning to Jenkins in the future for a possible trade-in towards a truck in the future. More

Service Advisor, Dillon Ward, wrote up a work order as soon as I came in, unannounced, with a tire losing air due to a nail in it. Within a hour and a half I was back on the road with the tire patched fro soon as I came in, unannounced, with a tire losing air due to a nail in it. Within a hour and a half I was back on the road with the tire patched from the inside and the wheel re-ballanced. Great job by the Service Department. More
