Had a nail in tire with low pressure alert on dash. Went to Jenkins Ford, Crysyal River, without an appointment and met my Service Advisor Dillon Ward. He cut a work order and within about an hour and Went to Jenkins Ford, Crysyal River, without an appointment and met my Service Advisor Dillon Ward. He cut a work order and within about an hour and a half, the service department removed the wheel, dismounted the tire, patched the tire from the inside, remounted the tire, balanced the wheel and reinstalled on the truck. That is great service! More
