First if you need service you can’t get in. Make and appointment. We can get you in in 2 months hows that. Then you will have to wait 2 hours for your oil change. The extra service you pay for when you purchase your car for pick up and delivery is a joke that was the service I wanted do to having one vehicle this appointment has to be scheduled 2 months in advance. We were going to order our new maverick there they wanted $1000.00 down. Well we went to Nick Nichols Ford. Placed our order nothing down. I just bought my Cadillac from Crystal River Ford that was the biggest mistake I ever made. The sales staff is really friendly and on top of things. Service needs much improvement. Also I ordered new tires I got 2 put on they had to order the other 2 that was 3 weeks ago I called last Monday about them they were supposed to call me back I still haven’t heard from them I will go somewhere else to get my other 2 tires. I experienced dishonest communication resulting in unexpected fees charged to me, basically a bate and switch in terms offered by the service department. I do not plan any future visits to your facility, stuck me once never again. More
