Saleman Garret Watts spotted a low tire on my truck when passing it on his lunch break. He called to inform me and when I went out to check on it, it was completely flat. I called him to see if he could hav passing it on his lunch break. He called to inform me and when I went out to check on it, it was completely flat. I called him to see if he could have the service department repair the same day. He came back with a portable compressor, inflated the tire and then followed to their service department for the repair. Service writer DJ handled it from there and I was back on the road the same afternoon! Every time I have a service need the team at Jenkins Ford comes through in amazing fashion. I visited this dealer to get the recall on our Ford done. After two weeks it is still pending as "the parts have not come in yet, call again in two days".
