Took my 2008 Escape in with an issue and even though they kept it 2 days and ran tests, they could not duplicate the problem, they charged me nothing, that's never happened before, so I will be a returning kept it 2 days and ran tests, they could not duplicate the problem, they charged me nothing, that's never happened before, so I will be a returning customer More

This was my first visit to Jenkins for service. I called to schedule an oil change and was given an appointment two days later, upon arrival the gentleman at the desk told me that NO appointment wa I called to schedule an oil change and was given an appointment two days later, upon arrival the gentleman at the desk told me that NO appointment was found but that they would take care of me. My truck was promptly pulled into the bay and after some time a tech came out to discuss what they found. Apparently I needed a splash shield to be replaced also a rear brake repair was suggested. I asked how long the repairs would take and was told about an hour. The work was completed promptly and I was on my way. I will return to Jenkins to have work done on my truck because of the service, pricing and the obvious concern for me as a customer. By the way I drive past a local Ford dealer to get to Jenkins. More
