Went for an oil change on October 13, 2022. Anthony of the service area explained to me everything that is needed to know. He told me where the customer lounge. When I drove my truck off the lot after an oil change, I noticed my truck was shaking very bad. Turned out some seasonal technician forgot to screw the lug nuts back on my front tire.That is a VERY BIG SAFE noticed my truck was shaking very bad.
