To whom it may concern 3-27-2023 I recently had the distinct pleasure of purchasing a new truck “F-150 King Ranch 4X4” from Jenkins sales representative Brandon Weese and finance representative Nik the distinct pleasure of purchasing a new truck “F-150 King Ranch 4X4” from Jenkins sales representative Brandon Weese and finance representative Niki Bowman. Every aspect of my transaction was flawless. I live in central Florida and “my wife” found my new truck on line. One call was all it took and Brandon and Niki too control and arranged everything, “except for the plain reservations from Orlando”. When I finally landed in Pittsburgh “A Day late due to weather conditions” David Weese was there to pick me up and shuttle my weary Butt directly to the dealership in Buckhannon WV. Every Jenkins Ford employee associated with my purchase showed the upmost professionalism, courtesy, and respect. The closing and document signing took only 20 min., and by the time Niki and I had finished, Brandon had programed the electronics of my F-150 to fit my needs. It could not have been easier or more pleasurable. In these confusing times when there are so many disingenuous and down rite dishonest people, the Management, and staff of Jenkins Ford stand as a shining example that Honest, Respectful, and Service Driven people still exist. The WORST decision was buying from this company. Bought a brand new F150 from them. We were having problems, they DISMISSED them. They did not put it under warranty work so Ford has no record of our Bought a brand new F150 from them. We were having problems, they DISMISSED them. Jenkins said losing ALL the oil (900miles and it was below the marks on the dipstick) in your F150 is NORMAL before your oil change. Took it to another dealership and they were BLOWN AWAY by the IGNORANCE of this dealership. I will never buy or have work done by this place and I suggest no one else does either! More
No follow up on either of my interactions with the sales gal. Texts were never received. Email wouldn't function while I was on site, wasn't offered a USB cable to manually download pictures. Was told the Sales Manager wasn't available to give an estimate of my trade anyway. She really didn't care if I did business with Jenkins or not. Maybe she treats the locals better that out of town customers. More
