Arrived 15 min late, and they gladly accommodated me. Utilized the shuttle service to go to mall and back, very efficient. Had to have tires aligned, price seemed reasonable. They recommended engine and cabin filters be replaced, which seemed reasonable since they hadn’t been changed in 40-50k miles. Basic 90,000 mile maintenance cost also seemed reasonable. my 2022 Subaru ascent was purchased new from Jenkins Subaru and I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Twice in the last 10 months it has been in their shop for 14 days while they try to f Subaru and I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Twice in the last 10 months it has been in their shop for 14 days while they try to figure out what’s wrong with it not once during those two 2 week periods of not having my car was I offered a loaner.
