I like the XTime app and being able to approve or decline extras. Videos are a nice touch. I have had a particular issue on two occasions. I chalked it up as a fluke the first time last year but it happe extras. Videos are a nice touch. I have had a particular issue on two occasions. I chalked it up as a fluke the first time last year but it happened again. When the tech remove my in cabin air filter and then reinserted it after I declined the work he put it in upside down and all of the debris went into the fan and caused a bunch of noise. I was able to get it blown out but the techs should be more cautious. Tearing down the whole dash to resolve a fan issue would be really costly. More
