Made an appointment for a Friday morning oil change and winter tire install. After waiting three hours, I was informed that the last tire to installed had a busted sidewall. These were the tires that Jenki winter tire install. After waiting three hours, I was informed that the last tire to installed had a busted sidewall. These were the tires that Jenkins had removed in spring. During which time some of the lug nuts were left loose and required wheel studs to be replaced. But they were nice enough not to charge me for that service since they were the ones that caused it. The tires were practically brand new. They had been taken from my car and stored in a shed until the time of installation. After some questions, they did take responsibility for busting the tire. Since it was Friday and the tire had to be ordered, it would be Tuesday at the earliest before my car would be ready. So, they put me in a courtesy vehicle. Not a WRX like we had, but that was okay. Tuesday no tire. Wednesday no tire. Finally, the car was ready for pickup on Thursday. Nearly a week without our car after taking it in for simple services and not even a free oil change or tire install (except for the tire that they had busted.) This place is a joke. I will never have anything serviced here again. More
