I like that one can drive in for service without an appointment, and I've been a customer for more than 20 years. That said, at my recent interaction, I was addressed as "sweetie" and given an explanat appointment, and I've been a customer for more than 20 years. That said, at my recent interaction, I was addressed as "sweetie" and given an explanation for why my tire pressure light on the dash stayed on (supposedly because the tires were underinflated, and now they are correct at 35 lbs of pressure, even though the door jam label and the manual state 30 and 29, of which only 1 was out of the recommened target by 1 lb). I was not offered any explanation for the difference between the service person's recommendation and the manual/door panel's statements. I have a lot of confidence in the Subaru brand, and this dealer is most convenient for me, so I'll likely continue be a customer, with a scoop of skepticism. Incidentally the tire pressure light on the dash is still on. More
