Very disappointed in the new service advisor I had for last service appointment. I usually dealt with Devin who is no longer there. I came in for my 30K service and oil change. I knew the appointment w last service appointment. I usually dealt with Devin who is no longer there. I came in for my 30K service and oil change. I knew the appointment would take longer than normal to check everything and it took less time. Trent was rushed to get me out of the building didn't go over anything that was done on my vehicle except that the tires were rotated the way I requested because they were starting to cup. The last time I was there in June for my oil change Devin said they had done a thorough once over everything and things that I was caution on was not brought back up this time which should have been. My service contract was up so technically the oil change shouldn't have been covered but he did say he was able to push it through. When I was there in June Devin stated I still had several oil changes left. Maybe that was the reason for rushing me out but things like the battery being in the warning (yellow) stage and refrigerate should be serviced are something of concern to be rechecked. After having a 2020 Soul have a motor go on me after only 28K miles that we bought new and from this dealership, I want to know I won't have any issues at all with my vehicle. This is my first negative review with this dealership and service adviser. I contemplated calling to talk with David Davidson regarding this but knew I would be getting a survey and they are usually gone over. I will follow up with David to express my dissatisfaction with this service I had this time. I was worried when Steve & his wife sold the dealership & found out Jenkins bought it, especially after the problem we had with my daughter's Hyundai a few years back. My concerns are definitely warranted now. More
