The ride was great & we were really impressed, overall with the vehicle. After speaking to Steve & Tony Meador, we decided that the offer they gave us was very fair. And the rest, as they say, is history. We were VERY impressed with the entire process. We all have been in situations, when purchasing a vehicle, that you wonder if it is worth all the stress! With all the back and forth "price deal talk", something that should give you pleasure, was nothing but a big pain. This was so pleasant, we believe, for both parties. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle, though not to soon :) , from Citrus Kia and especially Steve. If anyone should ask about Citrus Kia, we'll be telling them to definitely stop by there when they are in the market. The time they spent on my husbands van and the people we came in contact with in service were top rate too!! More

This is my 3rd Kia in 6 years...obviously I like em! My first two Kia's were purchased through a different dealership. The purchase of this 3rd Kia was much different than the previous two.....I had stopped into the Kia dealership probably a year or so ago and was very put off by the manager at that time. He was very curt and unfriendly. However, when I entered the dealership this time, I immediately came across Mike Clark who was a really down to earth guy and I liked him right off the bat. As the deal progressed, everyone I came in contact with was happy and had a very positive attitude. Everyone seemed to work well together and there was no contention, especially since it was a Friday afternoon at 4 pm when I arrive and I'm sure everyone was wanting to go home for the weekend. Tony was awesome and made the deal work within my budget which obviously made me a happy girl! Yvonne was wonderful and gave me some really good advise about the gap insurance. Mark and Paul both jumped right in and help with anything I needed to expedite the deal and get me on my way. I have every confidence in this dealership that I will someday purchase another Kia. I have already told my friends about my positive experience at Citrus Kia and I highly recommend them to purchase their next vehicle from Citrus Kia. Thank you all! I don't buy cars that often and have had some very bad experiences in the past. It was just the opposite at Citrus Kia and dealing with Joe Slater.
