I absolutely loved working with Joe Slater and the whole staff. We were the only ones in the store at 6:00 at night and they all stayed until we had test drived three cars and chose the one we wanted. The staff. Our sales person Ray Oates took the time to show us all the new features in the 2014 Kia Soul , We liked the upgrades and the Idea of driving a new car so we ordered a new one . The wife and I liked the Alien II Green color Kia Soul + and when it didn't arrive when we expected . We called Ray and he said he had one Alien II Green that had just came in and we could look at that one if we would like . I saw it when it had never made it to the front lot .It was love at first site only it was not the + it was the ! model with the complete package . They all went into action worked as a team put it in the service center and got the paper work, tags and Financing complete iand ready to go . I first met Joe Slater several days ago when I came in to start looking for another car. My thoughts were that I would be looking for either a used SUV or the Kia Optima. I had rented a 2013 Optima while we start looking for another car. My thoughts were that I would be looking for either a used SUV or the Kia Optima. I had rented a 2013 Optima while we were traveling and liked it very much, but we had talked about the SUV's also .When we came back on the 31st of Jan., Joe spent much time with us to make sure we were going to be happy with what we were going to purchase. After deciding on the 2014 Kia Optima, and after we took it for a test drive, we felt that the ride was somewhat rough. Joe said that he would have Service check it out and fix whatever was wrong. We came back the following day and drove it again. We thought it was better, but not as good as we thought it could be, so then we told Joe that we would compare that ride to our own cars ride. After that we said that we were very satisfied with the Optima. We are so pleased with the time and effort Joe took with us, and with his skill in going over all the many features this car has.
