I normally dread the prospect of buying a new car but my experience at Citrus Kia has completely changed that. Our sedan was 10 years old and my husband and I wanted an SUV for many reasons, one being easi experience at Citrus Kia has completely changed that. Our sedan was 10 years old and my husband and I wanted an SUV for many reasons, one being easier entrance and entry. We would be trading in our old Hyundai as part of our purchase. Our salesperson, Joe Slater asked what we wanted, what we needed and really listened when I explained some of my physical limitations. After sitting in a number of cars to try them out for ease, we settled on a Kia Sportage which gave us the room we wanted without being to large for me to handle. Joe made it easy for us to apply for financing, there wasn't any pressure to buy and the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Kate Rogers was another salesperson who explained how to hook up my iPhone to the car and the other eServices. She also showed everything in the center panel of the car to my husband and I and that helped us get a head start on getting used to a new vehicle and answered all of our questions. Finally, John Rodesiler handled the financial forms for our signatures and made the whole experience a pleasure from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend Citrus Kia to family and friends.
