This is the 3rd vehicle we bought from Citrus KIA. The first 2 cars were bought together back in 2011 and it was a great experience and this is what brought us back to buy again. We brought a 2008 Kia Rondo that is our main mode of transportation to Citrus Kia after being dealt rudely at Palm Chevrolet Kia in Ocala. I have shied from going to a dealership for all the pressure sales. I must say the Michael has changed all that. I will only go to Citrus Kia for all my vehicle needs. Michael was very clear and well versed on his knowledge. he never had to go anywhere other than to get the payment info, did not have to get approval form this one and that one and 5 hrs. later you may or may not be leaving with your car. Michael, was with me through the whole transaction. Very pleasant, well dressed, dynamite personality, can tell he loves what he does. The crew at Kia seem to work very well together as a team. Yvonne was the final stop for us, she is the financial person, she has a very pleasant personality for being in the field, she makes your experience seem so effortless.
