We stopped in originally for the gift card offered in the mail. We had talked about getting a second car for me (wife) Joe was quick to get us on track and all went smoothly, We bought a 09 Optima and drov mail. After doing extensive on-line research and test driving a couple of other manufactures SUV's my husband and I test drove a 2014 Sorento. My husband and I took a ride just to check out the new 2014 Kia Sorrento. We ended trading our 2012 Kia Sorrento for a new 2014. Joe Slater was our saleman and he was great. Joe actually sold us our 2012 2014 Kia Sorrento. We ended trading our 2012 Kia Sorrento for a new 2014. Joe Slater was our saleman and he was great. Had a problem with my '13 Kia Optima, they towed it from my house for free, diagnosed the problem very quickly (alternator issue), had it fixed the day itself when the part came in. Very good communica from my house for free, diagnosed the problem very quickly (alternator issue), had it fixed the day itself when the part came in. Very good communication between them and myself, called me almost every 3 hours to give me updates on my vehicle. Even provided me with a free rental vehicle.
