Several employees stayed late to complete the paper work for our sale. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to come back the next day to get full detail work done in daylight. A few months after the sale the dealership hosted a "party" where we got to visit the service department, see an airbag inflate, and ask more questions of the service personnel. We also got to meet the sales manager and the owner. It was a very worthwhile evening. This went along with a catered dinner and prizes. I would definitely recommend to a friend. More

He is very knowledgeable about KIA vehicles and did not ty to influence our decision to buy the Sorrento. We were convinced that this dealership is the place to buy and we believe they gave us a very fair deal and the KIA Sorrento is a best buy compared to other manufacturers' comparable models. They also responded quickly to check on our cooling system and immediately decided to fix the problem. We are very impressed with this dealership and will consider them in any future purchase and will recommend Citrus KIA to our friends. We were only comparison looking at the Sorento and said we weren't buying that day and Mr. Probst was very helpful. After 2 demo rides he worked up prices and was not pushy at all. We went back after a day and they were still not pushy. We now have a new Sorento and everything was shown to us about the vehicle. Dealing with the dealer and the sales staff was really quite pleasant. Thirty years ago I worked for a Dodge dealer but left because of the pressure tactics. Citrus Kia was a nice experience. More

Citrus Kia is like a second home to my wife and me. We have had a most wonderful experience dealing with them as getting our 2011 Sorento serviced there. To begin with , Paul Arduser, the service manager have had a most wonderful experience dealing with them as getting our 2011 Sorento serviced there. To begin with , Paul Arduser, the service manager is a most gracious and knowledgeable person. He makes sure all is right with our Sorento and that all of our questions are answered, according to our ability to understand tyhe fine points of the vehicles mechanical operation. In addition to paul, Al probst, our saleperson, took great pains to insure that the car we purchased is exactly the one we wanted. The owner, Steve Hiteman, has also given us much of his time. I could not have asked for more thoughtful people to deal with. That is why I said Citur Kis is like a second home, a family, to us.
