On 25 Mar I had another problem with Dave Bushnell. Which could have been avoided if the Manager Tony Bowers did his job like he said he would. I had a meeting with Tony and Amanda about the incident on 13 Mar. Tony stated Amanda or Karen would be my Service Advisor. But Tony has Dave call me about the part being in which was rude and said with attitude. When I arrived for my appointment, Dave started yelling at me that my dog was not allowed in the building because my dog bit two employees. Which took place outside and was initiated by Dave with the way he spoke to me about my driving. And his long speech about how he and his friends in a town of 900 would sit around and talk about how nails fall off the back of trucks. When Dave started yelling at me I called for Tony to come out and when he did he shh. Me when I told him don't shh me he told me then go outside. At that moment I felt betrayed. Tony could have and should have handled this a different way. He conducted my business in the anytime fitness parking lot. When I entered the building my dog was not with me. When Tony meet me in the parking lot he said your car is ready but I don't want to upset your dog. He had me sign my paperwork on my wind shield. And my car still was not fixed according to the paperwork. I have an appointment on 14 Apr with Amanda to complete the work. I have questions about the paperwork. The oil was not changed on 13 Mar but a sticker was put on the window stating it was. There are other suspicious items on the paperwork I would like to talk to some one about. Thank you
