Great sales people. I didn't intend to buy a car that day. We brought my Lady Friend's Kia in for service work so I started looking around. I was shown some new ones, but I didn't intend to buy a car that day. We brought my Lady Friend's Kia in for service work so I started looking around. I was shown some new ones, but as I said, I wasn't looking to buy. Then Brent Lucas showed me three 2015 Sorentos. I drove one that had everything on it. I finally told them to write it up. There was no hi pressure salesmanship from anyone there. I will walk out if someone try's to high pressure me. All said, I would definitely return here. Ken Eustice More

Kia Citrus Ranks #1 ... again I come from a long line of mechanics in my family. I have been soured by dealerships in the past and have done my best to avoid having any work done mainly because they simply lacked a personal touch. I recently needed some repairs done and after receiving a quote, I seriously thought about trading my 'ten-year old problem' in for a new vehicle. A neighbor and long-time patron of Citrus Kia suggested I get a second opinion. He said I needed to trust again. What first impressed me about Citrus Kia was the high level of professionalism of the staff, primarily my service advisor, Paul Duvall. After the initial inspection, each issue was explained in detail and I was given time to consider the work as well as the charges. I never felt any pressure and was very comfortable making the appointment to get the work done. The high level of ethics from this group helped gain my trust in dealerships. My car is running like new and I won't hesitate to return for future maintenance. More

After a thorough explanation of the service needed, we hesitated at first, but after careful consideration, decided to go ahead with the suggested service. We are thankful we did. I own a 2015 Kia Soul that had some minor issues to be taken care of. They all related to normal maintenance but I dreaded spending the day at a car dealership. That is until I met Amanda Gallagher! She handled the matter very professionally, got the work done faster than I would have ever imagined and did it all for a price that was LESS than I was quoted. Her pleasant personality and caring approach to following up on the progress of the work were above and beyond! When we bought our Soul, Paul Taracatac was amazing. It is hard to imagine that the service after the sale could have been better! I would strongly recommend Amanda Gallagher and the entire Citrus Kia team. They delivered far beyond my expectations!
