Just a few minutes of shear attention to my likes and dislikes, had me driving away with my new (pre-owned) CX-5... the car of my dreams, and very close to the price I knew I could afford. The sales process was seamless, and even enjoyable as the conversation between business questions turned to light-hearted sharing of life experiences in the military and living overseas. Charles was personable, relateable, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to buy this car. He is a wealth of knowledge, giving me great ideas on how to protect my idenity and location, and ways to cut financial corners and make every dollar count. What I expected was a car salesman, what I got was a new friend and contact at a great dealership, which I will return to anytime I need another car, or service on the one I just bought! :-) In conclusion, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Patrick in the financing department, who went the extra mile ensuring that I got the best interest rate available, and explaining everything in ways that were easy to understand. One of the best car buying experience We bought a Mazda CX-7 a few days ago and we love it! My family and I was greeted the second we stepped out of our car. Since it was on a Saturday you'd think there would be a wait not at all. The place was busy and our sales guy Chuck was ready to serve us. They made us feel special and wanted. I love the way everyone was attentive it made the experience very pleasant. We also brought our children with us and Chuck aka Charles made sure the kids were taking care of while we were taking care of business. They were upfront with everything no gimmicks, sales pitch but the straight truth! They did everything they could to find us a very nice luxurious SUV. We are going recommend so many of our family and friends to them because they are Awesome! We are definitely coming back to purchase another vehicle.
