Best Service Ever I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loan I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loaner car and that was a shock to me. My car was ready in 4 hours. They washed my car and the icing on the cake was the service advisor replaced the battery in my key fob for free. This was a pleasant experience and I will return again. Oh, I forgot to add the oil change was only $6 dollars and it’s always only $6 dollars. I only take my 2016 Outlander Sport GT to this dealer for oil changes. More

They are friendly and keep you up I have brought my 2016 Outlander to Jenkins in Lakeland twice. Both times, the customer service has been excellent. They are friendly and keep you up to date with the service on your vehicle. I explained what was going on with my vehicle. They listened to everything I said, and they fixed the problem. They also have a nice, comfortable waiting room. I will definitely go there again for maintenance on my vehicle. More
