Most employees were not wearing masks, many other customers were not wearing masks and were coughing in the waiting area. Service took 2 hours for an oil change (quoted much less time, ended up missi customers were not wearing masks and were coughing in the waiting area. Routine oil change I was there for a routine oil change. While there they pointed out that a couple of filters were dirty and had them replaced. When I called to make the appointment I wasn't able to locate the email which told me what the service was called and the person wasn't able to assist me with it. I believe it was part of my Maus Care and cleaning the car. More

Very disappointed in Maus. They are making this pandemic worse by not wearing masks. Yes, the guy that helped me did wear one because I asked him to. This is why our country will never recover. We loved the salesman who sold us the GMC but when we came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. I just don’t understand why any other oil change take no mor came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. I just don’t understand why any other oil change take no more than tops a half hour and it almost took 3 hours at Maus. I was very disappointed More
