Tom was very respectful, used my preferred communication via text. When I finally got to test drive the car there was a few things I wanted before I bought. Tom made sure those things were taken care of. Geordan was very efficient and even found a better finance option after reviewing our previous buying history. As well when I went to pick up the additional items Brian was very helpful and made time, even without an appointment, to install the new item for me.
