I owned a Nissan in my earlier years so I was determined to buy only a Nissan. Thanks to my crazy ex husband and my dad passing away the credit we had to work with was HORRIBLE!!!! 4 hours later, and seeing and liking 6 different cars we thought all hope was lost bc all we could get was the stupid hamster car....a Kia soul🙄🙄even with a $5000 deposit We had been working with Angela all day! Finally the angel in disguise she is came over and said how about a Nissan Sentra!!! Needless to say Ms. Angela NEVER got angry or rude, impatient.... nothing. She went above and beyond her duties as a sales woman!!!! The aren't enough words to describe how beautiful and sweet she is!! We love our new car, so to Angela, Dixon, and Travis well the whole Maus family thank you for helping me and my mama!! I'll definitely send more business your way!!!!!!!!!! More

When I arrived, Brian Phillips greeted me, took some pics of my vehicle, had me sign a few documents and off I went to the waiting room. I wasn't in there very long. They had my service done quickly and I was back on my way (on my day off)..... Thank you for the great service on my new vehicle! I had occasion to use the service department quite a bit last year with my previous vehicle. Brian was one of the advisers and again was great (and I had to spend ALOT of money and he made it bearable!! LOL.) Because of the treatment I received last year, I am completely at ease returning to the service center with my new vehicle. I had an amazing experience with my sales person Al Garcia, Will and Finance Guru, Geordan for the purchase of it. I sell new homes and I absolutely LOATHE buying vehicles. Your staff went above and beyond to honor my requests, keep me calm during the process and celebrate when the papers were signed!! Great honor to work these gentlemen. Thank you. More

Courteous staff, lengthy oil change We had an 1:15pm appt for an oil change. We arrived around 1:25. We had called ahead and said we would be 10 minutes late and were told it wouldn't be a problem. We were surprised at the questions regarding the particulars of our vehicle. I guess we assumed that since we bought the vehicle at Maus Nissan and had Maus care that all of our info would be in the system. This wasn't really bothersome, just an observation. We do feel that the oil change took a long time. We didn't leave the dealership until 3. The service department didn't seem overly busy so we were disappointed it took 1 1/2 hours. The staff was friendly and professional and the dealership was clean and organized. We hope our next oil change will not be so lengthy. More

1st unpleasant experience While it is normally a pleasant experience, this last visit was not so. For an oil change and tire rotation it took approximately 2 1/2 hours and the tire rotation was not done because I had other appointments to get to. I understand that during service with other customers unforeseen situations can arise, but simple communications with your customers as to how this could affect them can prevent some of the unpleasantness. If it were an issue of overscheduling, that too is a simple fix, just don't do it! I will return as it is complimentary service for the upkeep of my vehicle I purchased there, but I hope this situation can be avoided in the future! More
