Very disappointed with my appointment on September 5th, 2021. My wife and I were in for a recall on a hood latch and oil change. That part of the services was fine. However, the list of suggested repairs from changing brake fluid, transmission fluid, cabin filter, new battery, drive belt and more came to over $1,500. I discussed with the service manager and he mentioned the car probably wouldn't be parked on the side of the road, but definitely needed a battery. I declined all the suggested repairs and paid my bill. I did go have the battery tested at AutoZone and O'Reilly's today. Both places tested the battery and said the battery was fine without any issues. I'm so glad I took the initiative to go and have tested than to succumb to there tactics. Not going back for sure! Purchased used 2017 Pathfinder. 2 flat tires less than 5 miles from dealership. Limped to gas station - no tire damage; 2 days later same tires 20 psi low. Currently undergoing chemo and can't afford new ti miles from dealership. Limped to gas station - no tire damage; 2 days later same tires 20 psi low. Currently undergoing chemo and can't afford new tires already. Having to fill tires every few days while balancing a chemo pump is ridiculous. Less than 100 miles on vehicle since purchase. Totally my fault for not checking but I don't know anyone who does. More

I took my vehicle for a MausCare oil change and tire rotation no charge for this but they tried to upsale with $450 worth of extras which I wasn't expecting and didn't think I needed; so I passed.
