Probably one of the best interactions my husband and i could have asked for. We came into the dealership already apprehensive because of pushy salesman demanding an answer right then and there, but Joy he could have asked for. We went there specifically looking for a tow SUV. We know what we wanted and had done our homework and Joy was able to find us something that fit our requirements. After talking numbers, we needed some time to think about the offer and also to see another vehicle at another dealership. After test driving the second vehicle at the other dealership and a LOT of back and forth about the pros and cons of both vehicles, we had made the decision to go with Maus for 2 distinct reasons (even though the other dealership tried really really hard to make the sale - too hard) I did not feel like we were just another sale to Joy. Everyone we dealt with, heard our concerns and our horror stories and did their best to make us more comfortable all while meeting our demanding needs. The other dealership could only say "what can i do to get your business" when we told them that the seats was the reason we decided on the other vehicle, they decided to try to pick apart the deal we were offered at Maus. That just didn't sit right with me. I felt more comfortable at Maus, and I felt heard, and boy did they work the numbers and warranties and extras added at no additional cost to make everything so much better and still be in budget! Thank you guys! We really appreciated everything you did for us! More
