I went for a oil filter change and tire rotation. As expected was told the car needs more services to be done. Got battery replaced, then the representative told terminals have to be replaced too and wi expected was told the car needs more services to be done. Got battery replaced, then the representative told terminals have to be replaced too and will cost 170$. Don't know why that wasn't being told earlier and why it costs so much for the terminal replacement. The tire pressure wasn't top off although it says they did. More

May 17 had a shifting from park to reverse or drive it would not move. Nissan fix the shifter and it worked fine. May 20 I had the same thing shifter got stuck again. Arnold Martin was so upset that it was not fixed the first time. Arnold gave me a loaner "NO CHARGE " said they will keep the Pathfinder until they are sure it is fixed. Brittany in service and Pete, the mechanic did an outstanding job. An inspection showed by control arm bushings we’re pretty-much disintegrated. This was a $1,500 repair, but fortunately I still had outstanding job. An inspection showed by control arm bushings we’re pretty-much disintegrated. This was a $1,500 repair, but fortunately I still had an extended warranty and the repair was covered. The quality of the work was outstanding. My 2013 Pathfinder drives like a brand new vehicle. I hadn’t noticed how sloppy the steering/handling had become over the years. This was going to become a dangerous situation so glad their inspection revealed a problem I didn’t even know I had.
