The service was good except for the long wait. I scheduled an appointment by calling the dealership directly then was told it would be four hours because they had over 100 appointments that day. Service advisor lied to my face about what was wrong with the car and tried charging my girlfriend an additional 350 dollars. Not to mention the attitude he had from the beginning. Called him out, pulled the wheels off with my own jack and tools right there and verified that he lied. Not only are we not returning to this place, I’m telling everyone I know with a Nissan to stay clear. This is the same thing as stealing. Plus, it didn’t help that another female advisor was copping an attitude as well. More

I bought my car here. Have had all my service done here. Last visit I had a synthetic oil change. This visit I put in the notes I wanted synthetic again. Got the truck back, none of the mileage calculations were reset,oil all over the windshield,oil all under the hood, smell burning oil which obviously was just dumped all over it. 3.5 hours for a oil change. Noon apt. Time for there 11:40am. Done 3:15pm. I bought 2 cars at Jenkins Mitz. I moved to Leesburg. Service. Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they s Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they said it would take about 3 hours. No! Made another morning appointment for 12/29/22. Again after 50 minute drive I was told it would be about 3 hours. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. NO ONE has time to waste for this simple 10 - 15 minute process. I’ve lost 7 hours of my life I’ll never get back and approximate $40 in gasoline. I asked if they would comp it, nope. No thanks, I highly doubt I’ll ever be back for service here. Beware! More
I was disappointed to realize that the "service plan" I bought with my new car in 2021 was a "family plan" that was only good at the dealership in NC where I bought my car. However, Louis (I would give 5 stars but he isn't listed in the service department drop down list) in service explained everything very well and made the $380 oil change and transmission service less hard to stomach. I had an appointment but was still ther for over 3 hours to have my car serviced. All in all, I still give a 5 star review. In these new times, anytime you deal with customer service and someone seems to actually care, it is a bonus in my book. I also took a few minutes to consider trading in my car and Luis gave me some very beneficial advice, thank you. More
