This was actually my own first experience of service at this dealership - and I have to say it was actually as good as I could have hoped for - I was kept well informed all the way through - and, well, it this dealership - and I have to say it was actually as good as I could have hoped for - I was kept well informed all the way through - and, well, it takes as long as it takes if you need more stuff doing ! All the staff seemed keen and appreciative of their customers, which is not always true elsewhere (to name names, the Kia dealership was atrocious for looking after their clients), so I have nothing but praise for all that helped me in my service call.... My daughter who is 20 years old and who was purchased both her first and second vehicle at you dealership had an emergency in which her tire blew. She was driving, heard a pop, her car alerted her that t both her first and second vehicle at you dealership had an emergency in which her tire blew. She was driving, heard a pop, her car alerted her that the tire pressure was 0 so she pulled over and called me. I told her to call you guys because she has a lease, the car is 4 months old and this shouldn’t have happened. She called you guys, explained the situation and your person told her they would send someone to put a spare on so she can come and get a tire under warranty. She drove from Mulberry all the way to the north side and after being told the warranty would cover it, then she was told once she was there that she had to pay $202. My daughter is young and inexperienced. She called me in tears. I talked to Tyler and he told me that the warranty would not cover it because she did not buy some package when she got the lease. I asked him to at least prorate the tire because the tire was only 4 months old. I was told n because it was not a wear and tear situation. I asked to speak to the manager and I wish I remember his name but what a guy. No concern. No empathy. He had no cares to give in the world. He basically told me to pond rocks with sandals on. I told my daughter to leave and not give you any money. She went to Walmart where she was able to get a tire she could afford at $73. I told my daughter that once that lease is up to go take her business somewhere else. Over $202 that are not much to you if you want to make things right for a loyal customer who is just starting to get vehicles and who has a whole life to continue to give you her business, you lost a customer. Over $202!!! That’s a lot of money for a college student on a full time job when it should have been covered. You let her drive on a spare after telling her you would honor her warranty. So, I will never again tell anyone about you. I will share this experience with everyone I know. You might not care much about my daughter and the possibility of her being a permanent customer but I am sure there are plenty of other establishments that will value her as a customer and treat her right. More

This is the second vehicle purchased with Jenkins and I have been very happy with the service dept - up until the last two visits. If you have an appt - which is required now, even for an oil change - that have been very happy with the service dept - up until the last two visits. If you have an appt - which is required now, even for an oil change - that time should be honored. My most recent visit i waited 2 1/2 hours, the time before that i waited over 3 hours. for an oil change. The sales dept people never checked back with us to see if we liked the vehicle. They don't acknowledge the customers because they have their heads buried in their phones unless it's their turn to stand out by the door. Probably won't purchase through them again. More
