I've written a review before about the issues with my 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 before. This transmission issue everytime. Now one would think that making up for the hour and a half drive one way everytime would be something to consider. The time spent taking it then coming back a week or two weeks later would account for something. Well you would be wrong. No one even suggested it. Failure. Do not go here ever. More

*12/22 update* - Unfortunately downgrading this review to a 1 from a 5. Read the other 1 and 2 star reviews on the horrible post sales experience. Originally purchased the car on Black Friday leaving a happy a 1 from a 5. Read the other 1 and 2 star reviews on the horrible post sales experience. Originally purchased the car on Black Friday leaving a happy new customer - with future business and referrals. 10 days later, I get a call from Alex on missed items/processing with cashier while I was there. No problem, transfer me over and we can get it fixed. Only with talking with cashier I find out that there are FEES we never discussed at the point of sale. This FEE was all new and was the first time hearing it from the cashier. Talked with Alex about how i never was told this, hearing it the 1st time from the cashier, and why should I pay for something when the deal and papers were literally were signed 10 DAYS ago. Gave it some time and on 12/16 I followed up only to speak to the sales manager, Thomas, who said this fee is charged with everyone. To which I advised I was NEVER told this by my sales person and hearing it the 1st time by the cashier. My ask was to make this right since it was NEVER mentioned at the point of sale or when my sales person called back - the cashier had to tell me… He then tells me he’ll check the recordings and call me back end of day with a response once he confirms what I said. It’s 12/22 now and no call from Thomas or Alex for a status. Never in my life of buying cars have I been charged MORE FEES almost 2 weeks after the deal was made and papers signed. Unfortunately this last experience burned any referrals and future business that would be had with Jerry Hunt. This dealership is not as transparent as they say on their website. Look somewhere else if you looking for any integrity. 11/29 - Great sales and service from Alex Earnhardt and Brad. Worked with me on the deal and got me out on the jeep we wanted. Look for them if you are looking for your next car! More
