The experience itself was easy- we knew the car we wanted to buy - salesmen did nothing except took us on test drive. There have been a few small issues since the purchase. The biggest issue is that the manual was missing from the vehicle- the agreement was signed with this as part of the deal. The salesman even referenced his leader asking why he agreed to that. 6 weeks later, after one follow up already - I had to follow up again with an email manuals are standard with this car. It is super frustrating. I am disappointed. More
