Salesman was amazing but after test driving it and wife didn’t like how it drove (shaking) they don’t want to give us our money back for holding a car that was on a lift to began with. 2 people told us our didn’t like how it drove (shaking) they don’t want to give us our money back for holding a car that was on a lift to began with. 2 people told us our money was refundable and now a sale manager sales it’s not. Defect in paint. Sold me a car that had a bad engine. Kept my car for a week to paint only to not paint what needed to be painted. Salesmen was great, did his job perfectly. However, the dealer had to have $600 hold money to hold the car. It’s been 8 days now & I still haven’t seen my $600 hold money that was supposed be However, the dealer had to have $600 hold money to hold the car. Dealer wasted 2 days of my time on I still don’t know what & never even considered the fact that my time, is just as valuable as theirs is. But, I’m sure anything not helping them isn’t even a thing.
