Could not have better things to say about our experience here, especially with our sales advisor, Zach. We encountered some trouble in the first few days with our vehicle. There's no 7-day cool-off period where you can return a car if you've changed your mind, like you see in some other pre-owned auto showrooms. But Zach said something along the lines of, "Jerry Hunt isn't the kind of place to sell you a problem. We're always going to do what we can to make things right for the customer. Trust me." Within a week, the problem was both solved and warrantied. Other places may give you 7 days to ensure you made the right choice on your vehicle, but Zach gave us YEARS of knowing we made the right choice because he demonstrated that the dealership is there for you, even after you sign on the dotted line.
