The manager, Amar, told me on the telephone to bring the key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking ab key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking about how good a customer I am, then immediately saying how it was going to cost him a couple hundred dollars to replace that key and couldn't he just wait till one came in that he could replace it with! He didn't know how long it would be. He would mail it to me. Even worse is the fact that the sales man told me on my return that he saw that but didn't tell me and sold it to me anyway! Then they said they couldn't find a wiper blade to put on where it was missing one. They are sending one to Lexington for me. At least they did reset the oil change warning light, after I went back inside to get them to do it. A waste of my time and gas! More

My review is a mix of good and bad. I walked around the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came out. I had to go in for a salesperson.
