The manager, Amar, told me on the telephone to bring the key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking ab key fob to him that was missing one side and he would take care of it. When I got there, his idea of taking care of it was buttering me up talking about how good a customer I am, then immediately saying how it was going to cost him a couple hundred dollars to replace that key and couldn't he just wait till one came in that he could replace it with! He didn't know how long it would be. He would mail it to me. Even worse is the fact that the sales man told me on my return that he saw that but didn't tell me and sold it to me anyway! Then they said they couldn't find a wiper blade to put on where it was missing one. They are sending one to Lexington for me. At least they did reset the oil change warning light, after I went back inside to get them to do it. A waste of my time and gas! More

My review is a mix of good and bad. I walked around the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came out. I had to go in for a salesperson. They couldn't offer much on my truck as a trade in but the manager, Amar, kept trying to do better for me even after I was gone. On the good side, they delivered my vehicle to my home in Southmont! After they left I saw that the back is off of one of the key fobs. Crossing my fingers that they can find it. More

We purchased a used Ford F350 dually when we got home we found a few issues called and Caleb our salesman agreed to take care of them no problem. If you are looking for good used vehicles at a fair price, then they are a great place to go. We went to the Salisbury NC showroom, and they were great, all our questions answered. Caleb and Jonathan were great. Jeremy in finance was great in getting our financing done and very quick. Brandon from service got back with us on setting up for repairs. Would recommend. More

Prior to signing paperwork was told when we get the tags for the car I would pick up the second key fob was told a flat fender flare could be fixed no problem everything before was great after I signed the for the car I would pick up the second key fob was told a flat fender flare could be fixed no problem everything before was great after I signed the paperwork and got the car was told the fender flare Was too much work and I purchased a car as is whenever I got the tag for my car had just the key that went in the key fob and not the fob when I called to ask about it was told again car was purchased as is, if that’s how you gonna do business I wouldn’t be back was told I would check on these things and I’ll give you a call back. It’s been three weeks and not heard anything. More
