Having received a few different hits from dealerships and going into one that unfortunately was unable to meet my needs, my terms; I continued the search, when I received a call from Paul Ide, of the internet auto sales team at "Henry Brown Chevrolet Chrysler Jeep Dodge" in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Best Experience Ever!! Oh my gosh is all I can say!! I had called and spoke with Zach the night before at almost closing time. He was attentive, kind and really listened- we Oh my gosh is all I can say!! I had called and spoke with Zach the night before at almost closing time. He was attentive, kind and really listened- we had just spent a wasted day at another dealership. He had so much compassion. We already knew the car we wanted - asked how much out the door-- he gave me a number right down to the penny. I texted the next morning, asked him to hold the car and we were on our way (an hours drive). Zach's response was "it's already outside and washed-waiting for you". Well we get there- and the whole process took less than 2 hours. The entire dealership went the extra mile and rolled out the red carpet. Janell also went above and beyond. Ex wife traded car now I get the run around This dealer drags their feet on paying off a trade. My ex wife traded the car we had together which is a good thing the problem is its been 3 weeks an This dealer drags their feet on paying off a trade. My ex wife traded the car we had together which is a good thing the problem is its been 3 weeks and they still haven't paid off the car she traded. Now the payment is late and my credit will start to suffer because of their negelct. I have called last week to find out what's going on and all I get is sorry we can not provide that information to you as you are not on the new loan. Well guess what I am on the old loan and I am entitled to the information regarding that car. I will be calling again monday and they are either going to pay the car off or pay me 450 to cover the payment or I will be getting the cops involved to take the car back since it's still in my name and I never signed off to get the car traded.
