Jeff is an honest salesman. I HATE going into car dealerships, It's just a big run around. I had been to several dealerships trying to purchase a new Jeep. When I met Jeff I wa I HATE going into car dealerships, It's just a big run around. I had been to several dealerships trying to purchase a new Jeep. When I met Jeff I was very tired of dealership run around. He as me to come in his office, and he was straight up about the price, I didn't want two dealer added options, desert protection package and nitrogen in the tires. He said the dealer ship did this on all their cars, but if I didn't want it, he wouldn't charge me for it even though it was already installed. I am still not on what I would refer to as "middle ground" but I have confidence he will find a way to get us there. More

I showed up without an appointment but Kirk was able to fit me in immediately and when over the details of the work to be done and the pricing carefully with me. He was also there when I picked up the vehicle the next day and he had already entered a discount for Palm Creek residents for me without me having asked for it. He was a real pleasure to deal with. The shuttle car was immaculate and the driver was most courteous and pleasant. More

Terrible Dodge Service Terrible service. Took vehicle there for warranty work - issue with transmission noise. The first time, they said they duplicated the noise, but said Terrible service. Took vehicle there for warranty work - issue with transmission noise. The first time, they said they duplicated the noise, but said there was no problem. After we contacted Chrysler, Inc. we were instructed to take vehicle back to a dealership. We selected Henry Brown because of location. Apparently, Henry Browns' tech was to talk with Chrysler tech about issue. Received a call from service manager and was told the tech did not hear anything wrong. When we picked up the vehicle, we knew the radio had been turned on by tech as we had turned radio off so the noise could be heard. The radio was on and tuned to a different station than what we listen to. Perhaps that had something to do with the tech not being able to hear noise? The kicker was that the service manager told us that it was probably tire noise and we should take the vehicle to another Dodge dealership! Doesn't seem that they really want to help Dodge customers. Will never take a vehicle to them again. More

Service I brought my vehicle in for service (simple oil change) and when the vehicle was returned to me there was damage to the steering and steering colum. When brought to the service advisors attention he had no explanation, when brought the service managers he had a tech quickly look at the vehicle and proceeded to claim that the damage was already there. I will not bring my vehicle here again. More

I wanted a used truck, but what I got was My wife and I had decided that I really could use a truck for all of my projects; however I was not looking forward to the looking & buying process. My wife and I had decided that I really could use a truck for all of my projects; however I was not looking forward to the looking & buying process. After several fruitless searches at local dealers and on the internet, I was about to give up. Then I called Henry Brown Chevrolet in Casa Grande, Arizona. I spoke with Travis who patiently listened to my needs, wants, and wishes and then gave him my contact information. He got back to me a day later with picture of a gorgeous new Chevy Colorado. Although I wasn’t thinking about buying a new vehicle, the wife and I decided to drive up for a look. Of all the car buying experiences I have ever been through, this one was the best. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and efficient. There was absolutely no pressure involved in the process of buying my truck, and the trade in value for my 2009 V.W. Beetle (excellent condition) was much more than I expected. Finalizing the sale was surprisingly fast and pleasant, which almost never happens. This dealership is far and above any dealership I have been to in all of my 60 years. I could not recommend Henry Brown Chevrolet higher. Thank you for selling me such a wonderful truck, but more so for the way you all conducted yourselves. My wife and I will be back for that ‘Other Chevy’ as soon as we pay this one off (Mama wants her Corvette). Count on it! More
