Mark Davenport, BDC Director, knew I really wanted a Dodge Durango but due to finances, I bought a le I bought a car from this dealership last summer. Mark has called a few times over the last few months letting me know the status of the Durangos on the lot. When there was one left he called to inform me of this information. I went into the dealership this past weekend and was finally able to purchase what I really wanted this whole time, the Durango. I appreciated the calls from Mark and am happy to report I got the last Durango on the lot. When I went in, he recommended Michelle Olivarez in sales. The first time I visited Henry Brown was when I met Kirk Hanlon. Kirk is an outstanding service advisor. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. If something isn't right he corrects the issue immediately without any hassle to me. I really can't say enough about Kirk. If he wasn't at the dealership I'm not sure that I would take my car there for service. I just know that when I leave my car in Kirk's hands that it will be taken care of and that he will call me regularly to keep me in the loop.
