On Aug. 24,2013, my husband and I went to Henry Brown Chevrolet in Casa Grande, AZ to look at some SUVs. We had already looked at the Ford Escape and Ford Edge, but didn't quite see what we were looking Chevrolet in Casa Grande, AZ to look at some SUVs. We had already looked at the Ford Escape and Ford Edge, but didn't quite see what we were looking for. At Henry Brown, we were met by Jude Zamalloa a minute or two after we got there. He asked us if we had a particular model in mind, and we told him that we were interested in looking at the Equinox. He showed us the model on display, explained some of the features and then asked if we wanted to take a test drive, which we did. Jude was very nice and very informative about the Chevy vehicles. He worked with us to get us the best deal we could get for our trade in (2006 Chevy Trailblazer) and a Great deal on the 2013 Equinox that we drove home that day. The people working at Henry Brown were very courteous and friendly. We would recommend Henry Brown Chevrolet and Jude Zamalloa to any of our friends who were looking for another vehicle. Jude was a very polite and helpful salesperson. He was not pushy at all, which is one of the things I usually hate about car dealerships. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I new that the online advertised not pushy at all, which is one of the things I usually hate about car dealerships. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I new that the online advertised price was exactly what I was willing to pay. The vehicle did have a sticker price that was quite a bit higher than their online advertised price but they stuck with the advertised price. The entire purchase process was painless, Jude even went over and above to try to assist with figuring put some of the aftermarket accessories and security systems on the vehicle. It was a challenge primarily because it wasn't the the brand of vehicle that is normally stocked at this dealership. My only complaint is when I reviewed the final purchase contract. $399 for window tint that was already on the vehicle!?!?! $5 for tire disposal fee?? I didn't ask for the window tint to be added nor did I have any tires changed. There were a couple of other unexpected charges and fees as well. I guess I could have complained and haggled but I chose not to. I guess that is what they were hoping for. Overall, I had a good experience. Good enough to make me come back for my next vehicle?? Eh, we'll see. Would I recommend the dealership to someone else? Sure. And if you are going there, I would certainly recommend Jude Zamalloa. More

The service was excellent. Bob was the most helpful salesman we ever had. I would not go to anyone but Bob he took the time to answer every question for us, he also let us know when the vehicle we want salesman we ever had.
