Not only did it meet the criteria I needed BUT it has surpassed the comfort for me. My rheumatoid arthritis is often ugly and I am the go to person in our family so sometime just being comfortable is enough to get me through a task. Joe showed me just about everything there was to know about the vehicle plus making sure I was totally comfortable driving the vehicle. Additionally the mobility company used by the dealership was shared with me so I could get the best deal on the power wheelchair lift possible!! We went to the dealership at 7 PM on Friday night just to look, even though we knew it was closing time. We were greeted by Joe, and after chatting for a few minutes, he took down our contact information, ga look, even though we knew it was closing time. We were greeted by Joe, and after chatting for a few minutes, he took down our contact information, gave us his card, and said to contact him any time. We then went back Saturday morning at around 8:30 AM, and were again greeted by Joe. We let him know our budget and showed him a Jeep Patriot that we found on the dealership's website. Before we knew it we were on a "demo" drive, with Joe at the wheel. While each of the three of us took turns driving, Joe really educated us on the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle, pointing out things that I didn't even notice. Within four hours, we were out the door in our brand new 2013 Jeep Patriot Latitude and couldn't be happier! Devon was also very patient and knowledgeable with this first time car buyer. The fine print was what I was most dreading about my car buying experience, but Devon really made me feel comfortable. Thanks guys, for a great experience! More
