I went in on 02/07/13 to have some service done to one of my vehicles and met Mark while I was waiting for my ride to take me home. Knowing that my credit was less than good I took a chance at the local dealer ship after being rejected by a big phoenix dealership. The first person I was greeted by was Jude at 12pm, who actually contacted me via voice message after I was looking online. I did not set up appointment but I just showed up. Was it fate? Possibly! He was very energetic and positive which made feel a little more at ease because I knew he could use that energy to do battle with my credit and help me get a good car. Jude was also very personable and as guest of his, he would always ask if we needed water coffee or anything else. It seem like a bit of challenge to get financing but then came Devin the rock star of the team who nearly exhausted all his efforts and made a personal call to find a solution to help me get what I need. We sat and chatted over options and he never made me feel like I was in over my or less than a guest because of my history. He was friendly, funny, and genuinely cared about helping me reestablish my credit. We were all signed up and done by 3pm but I had to leave are there and return borrowed car and pick up kids from school. Devin and Jude reassured me that the car will be safe detailed and filled up with gas when I get back. Jude let me know they close at 7pm. When I went to pick up my car at 645 at night I was then greeted again by Jude and Arturo we went over checklist and the show me some of the cool stuff the car did. They even paired my wireless device to radio. They never tried to rush me out because of the time. It was great experience all around. I went in to get a used 2006 car with 67000 miles because that’s all I thought my worth was, because of these men’s valiant efforts I am the owner of a 2013 Chrysler 200 with 0 miles and a touch of Luxury. When Manny introduced us to Dean I was nervous.... I did not want to sign anything .... everyone can relate to the bill payments a head .... but not Dean. Dean respected us, understood our needs. Dean reminds me of a piano tuner, not one note was missed and not one was out of tune. Neal then introduced us to Devin .... the money man. That means the deal is almost final.
