I am in a hard postion after purchasing my jeep from Henry Brown. I decided to trade my luxury car in for a newer Jeep Wrangler and got screwed over. Probably because 1.It was my first time purchasing a Henry Brown. I decided to trade my luxury car in for a newer Jeep Wrangler and got screwed over. Probably because 1.It was my first time purchasing alone, and 2. I am a female. I purchased at the Casa Grande dealership.... wow what a awful appearance it has for one thing and for another, everyone there is shady. I made a few dumb moves on my part but going in and making agreements and talking to those people for a few hours tends to make them earn your trust. I agreed on a certain price (internet price) for the vehicle and monthly payments. As going over the paperwork a lot of stuff was hidden from me as I talked with the finance manager and signed. When everything was over I was told that they were going to work on getting me a good rate on gap insurance and once they do I will come back and sign the rest and get my paperwork. Well guess what?? NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!!! I called for weeks until finally someone called me 30 days later.... coincidence?!!! Once I went in to pick everything up I returned home and looked at my paperwork which goes as follows, 1.400 dollars added for window tint which there was no tinting process that accured. 2. They also upped the price of the vehicle by 3,000 dollars!!! 3. In the end they screwed me about 7,000 dollars because my trade in pretty much didn't exist after all the numbers added up. Now I am left with a vehicle I don't even want to drive anymore and I'm upside down on the loan. If I choose to sell it I have to come up with the negative equity or roll it over on to another car. I should have stuck with my Infiniti and I would still be under by a lot on my loan I had. These people DISGUST me and I will NEVER do business with them ever again nor will anyone I come in contact with. The funny thing is they tried to do the same thing to my brother and he caught it before signing. They need to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! More

Horrible experience with Rick at Henry Brown, talked to me like an idiot. I will be puchasing my next vehicle from Freeway Chevrolet!
