Genuine Good People at this Dealership - Every department! I have bought cars at several dealerships over the past 25 years, and when you come across good people it really stands out. I worked at with Loran B I have bought cars at several dealerships over the past 25 years, and when you come across good people it really stands out. I worked at with Loran Baskett (Sales Consultant) and Mike Miller (Sales Manager) when I bought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in Dec 2017. Very knowledgeable about Jeeps and just good people. In business anymore, it seems like the expectation of 'doing business' with people you enjoy doing business with is few and far between. What I experienced at this dealership has been an exceptional experience throughout the entire car buying process. For the financing, we worked with David and he was very thorough and professional. In addition. with my purchase, there were a few small items that needed to be addressed due to manufacturer / factory issues. For this I worked with Curtis in the Service Department and he has provided great service as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my interactions with this dealership. Most of the dealerships I have done business with in the past were located in Phoenix and Las Vegas, It would seem that with Casa Grande being a smaller market than those others, at Henry Brown they still value the 'human' interaction and I would recommend if you are looking for a Jeep to stop by talk with them. Willie goes where no one has gone before! I had a bankruptcy, i had zero credit rating to start with, been to 5 dealerships in the past 3 weeks, working with one for over a week. I had some money for down payment, i have a great job , working there a long time. Willie and David found a way to get me qualified for a brand new truck. They turned a big negative into a great positive, working for a few hours, and not giving up till they could satisfy this customer! They seemed honest and really concerned about my situation. I recommend them to every one. I will go back , if i ever need another vehicle. Great people! More
