Took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Friendly, attentive, staff from beginning to end. Service was completed in less than an hour. My super dirty truck,from stormy weather th inspection. Friendly, attentive, staff from beginning to end. Service was completed in less than an hour. My super dirty truck,from stormy weather the previous day, was nice and clean (thanks for the wash). And, the video inspection the service technician provided is an added bonus to help me know if my vehicle is good to go or may need other services or repairs. We were very unimpressed! After stating that GMC Yukon XL have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the l have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the lights. Josh stated that the problem was lights and the harness. We replaced on our own and it still didn’t work. Josh was condescending and treated me as if I couldn’t understand the problem. Then when my husband arrived with my car, he acted like it was problem to have discussed the issues with me. I will stick with other dealerships. More
