Our experience with Jerry’s Auto Sales has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When we purchased our vehicle, we were told the car had a good engine, had undergone an extensive inspection, and had frustrating and disappointing. When we purchased our vehicle, we were told the car had a good engine, had undergone an extensive inspection, and had no major mechanical issues. It was labeled as a “manager’s special,” which made it seem like a good deal. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we started experiencing serious mechanical problems. The vehicle ended up needing major repairs involving the engine and transmission. We also later discovered hail damage that had not been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The dealership took the vehicle in to supposedly repair the issue, but unfortunately the exact same problem continues even after they claimed to fix it. We were also never provided any proof or documentation of the repairs they say were performed. Additionally, we were never provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax before purchasing the vehicle, which would have helped us make a more informed decision. When we tried to resolve the issue with the dealership, the manager refused to take responsibility and would not allow us to speak with the owner. We asked for help or at least a refund of our down payment due to the ongoing problems with the vehicle, but the dealership has refused to assist. This experience has been very costly and stressful for our family. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to get an independent inspection and obtain the full vehicle history before making a purchase. Specially if labeled Managers Special!!! More

Liars to make a sale Before I bought my car, the sales person, Bernie, told me I could trade it in in a year. The year was up and I spoke to Bernie who turned around and s Before I bought my car, the sales person, Bernie, told me I could trade it in in a year. The year was up and I spoke to Bernie who turned around and said i wouldn't be able to trade it in until a year and 6 months. A year and a half came and Bernie then told me I had to wait 2 years after I bought the car. What crock of xxxx is that? Then he asks for the info on the car and doesn't contact me for 2 months even though I left him several messages. I still didn't get any info on the trade-in or as a buy back. He is a lying sack of xxxx! The office staff are rude and cut you off before you can even finish talking & don't even let you talk to the manager. They are liars and they are rude and they don't care about anything but making a sale. I give them ZERO STARS. They're not worth the rating! More
