Went to Jerry's, sat down & within 5 mins had Blue Book price on my trade in & was offered military discount because he noticed my DV plates & I didn't have to ask ! VERY UP FRONT & not wasting my time with game playing. Builds trust immediately. I want the dealer to make a living but I work hard as well and I don't want to feel like I'm being gouged.
