This includes the receptionist; the manager, Marc; the service manager, Jan; the employee who handled the paperwork and financial transaction, Tone; and Megan and the other young lady whose name I am so sorry I can't remember who explained the service procedures to us and presented us with a "goodie bag" from the dealership. Everyone was professional and welcoming. Even though we live closer to other dealerships, I am sure we will return to this location for service because of the amazing employees and friendly atmosphere.
